False Images Published by slavija.info
Yesterday, the website slavija.info posted fabricated photos claiming that the building of the Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Chicago — as well as the interior — displayed the flags of Serbia and the so-called Republic of Kosovo side by side.
The unsigned article asked: “Has Vučić officially recognized Kosovo in Chicago?”
It was also stated that the photos were “exclusively” sent by people allegedly living and working in Chicago.
Clear Signs of Image Manipulation

Fortunately, none of this is true. The first image alone reveals a classic photo manipulation: instead of the official Serbian flag, the image shows a flag without the national coat of arms — without the double-headed eagle — while the so-called Kosovo flag is artificially placed onto a window.
Both photos were generated using Google Gemini, proven by the Gemini watermark clearly visible in the lower-right corner.
Evidence From the Scene
As shown in the photos we took just an hour ago, there is absolutely no Kosovo flag anywhere near the consulate. The only flag on the pole is the official flag of the Republic of Serbia.

Who Is Behind This Deception?
This raises the question: who is trying to deceive the public so shamelessly? Has this portal — which claims to be objective and impartial — been paid to spread lies and stir tension among citizens? And if so, what is the price of their “patriotism”?
What is clear is that such texts aim to mislead the public and provoke anger and chaos.
Unfortunately, it remains unknown who runs this portal, who the editor-in-chief is, or who writes the articles — which, incidentally, are not even signed. Shameful.
